How to request a return
Contact us at the email address on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will cover the cost.
Damaged or faulty items
